Rates

Counselling Fees (Sessions Are Online Only)

$150 (plus GST)/50 min individual session

$180 (plus GST)/50 min couples or family session

Longer sessions are available at a prorated rate.

I offer one free 15-minute consultation to help us decide whether we are a good fit.

Payment: Fees can be paid by e-transfer.

Insurance and other Third-Party Coverage:* I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), a licensed professional approved for private practice. Many extended medical plans cover counselling services provided by an RCC.  Please check with your plan provider about your coverage prior to your first visit, such as how many sessions are covered per year, service provider credentials required for reimbursement, etc. Please note that we do not bill extended health programs directly. You will be provided with an official receipt at point of payment which you can submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Please inform me at least 48-hours in advance when you are unable to make your appointment or wish to reschedule for another time. If you miss a session or cancel a session less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you agree to pay the full rate for that session – unless we both agree that you were unable to attend the session due to circumstances beyond your control.
